Driven to discovery? In this video, kinesiology undergraduate student Ellie talks about the incredibly important research that she is doing within the Applied Sports Psychology and Injury Research and Education Lab (ASPIRE) in the Department of Kinesiology and Nutrition directed by Karrie Hamstra-Wright and John Coumbe-Lilley. Ellie talks about the impact of her research, the skills she’s gained and what to consider if you’re thinking about getting involved in research.
Reminder: All undergraduate students majoring in kinesiology are required to successfully complete at least three hours of experiential learning before graduation. To view current experiential learning opportunities, visit the KN Academic Advising Blackboard course, navigate to the “Experiential Learning” tab, review the available opportunities, and follow the detailed instructions at the top of each page on how to receive an override so you may register.
