From a November 1975 performance at the Tower Theater in Philadelphia, this is Al Stewart's version of a never written Beatles song, that was to be used as the title track for their 2nd film "HELP!". This shortlived touring band included Peter Wood (who wrote the music for Year Of The Cat) on keyboards, Snowy White (Pink Floyd touring guitarist), and Charlie Harrison (Judas Jump/Tundra) on bass... and everyone on the backing Beatles vocals and handclaps . Al Stewart wrote this song in 1965. This release is taken from the Al Stewart "Admiralty Lights 50 CD box set (used by kind permission).
