Dried Oranges - Slice and pat with paper towel to absorb excess juice . Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet and bake for 40 min. at 200 degrees. Flip, then continue to bake for 40 min. My oranges too about 3 hours ( baking for 40 min. then flipping each time)

Sauce:

Spray the bottom of large sauce pot and add olive oil. Brown Italian hot sausage, pork lion country ribs & beef bottom round, add chopped garlic cloves. After the meat is browned take it out of the pot and set aside. Add puree, sauce and crushed tomato cans, paste & ketchup. Season with Pepper, basil, parsley, garlic powder, salt and Pecorino Romano cheese ( cover the entire top of sauce with all of these spices & cheese). Add browned meats and partially cooked meatballs to the sauce and cook for 2 - 3 hours. ( Taste throughout & add spices again according to your taste!)

2 - 28 oz. cans of crushed tomatoes
2 - 28 oz. cans of tomato sauce
2 - 28 oz. cans of tomato puree
1 thick & rich tomato past 12oz.
Dried or fresh basil
1 squeeze of ketchup
S & P
Pecorino Romano cheese
Garlic powder
Parsley
3 Bay Leaves
