(Update: 2/23/2017 Cyclops confirmed the boot over the housing will not cause any issues) In this video I will try and demo how to install the Cyclops Adventure Sports LED replacement bulbs for the KLR650. The whole process is very simple but I warn you to take your time adjusting the spring clips so the Cyclops LED's can twist and lock into place. The issue with the clips is they hit the LED bulb housing and do not allow the light to seat in it's base properly. Also I'm not 100% sure if the way I installed the bulb rubber boots will cause the LED to overheat or not.
