Longer life for LED lights

LEDs have significantly lower power consumption than conventional bulbs. So they need additional resistors as a dummy load, in parallel with the led module to trick the canbus. One bad thing is that you are not saving power and the most important is that they don't last longer than the ordinary bulbs because they wear quickly under high temperatures. The dummy load is located close to the LED module and generates lots of heat.
By removing the dummy load from the LED module they should probably last forever.
You can easily spot it. It is the one connected IN PARALLEL with the LED bulb (In between the legs/plates/connectors of the whole unit).
You still need to replace it with a 5w ordinary bulb, connected on a distance from it in a safe place where it cannot melt anything around it. In my case, I extended 2 wires from the same wires that are powering the plate numbers, one was enough for both units.
Ignore the mess around there. It is really difficult to work while trying to record it. I sorted it later.
