Keir Starmer cross-examined Rishi Sunak at PMQs over the ongoing cost-of-living crisis facing Britons.

In a fiery exchange, the Labour leader highlighted the struggle of Phil, an Iceland supermarket worker who is currently struggling.

For his part, the prime minister made light of the shadow chancellor Rachel Reeves's recent decision not to cap bankers bonuses.
