On this ride, me and my cycling buddy, Mike, set off to ride our bikes through some of Lancashire and Yorkshire's finest countryside in search of the all important café stop, and we were not disappointed.
With places on route such as Dunsop Bridge, Slaidburn, Wigglesworth, Eldroth and High Bentham before a spot of lunch at the Brunch and Bubbly Café in Kirkby Lonsdale, we knew that this was going to be a cracking ride. The return leg was just as good as we made our way back to Lancashire with Ingleton, Austwick, Helwith Bridge and Settle to name but a few places on the white rose side of the border.
I hope this video show cases what cycling in the north west of England has to offer and also inspires you to get out there on your bike and go for a ride.
