but change to MUGEN 1.1 Engine + Mugen hook.
to make secret chars variants feature.

All 16 chars from this version
are all the same version of the original game.

Zangief from 1.0.3 ver.
Mr.Saikyo from 1.0.3 ver.
Mike from "Mighty Street Fighter" ver.
True Vega(Dictator) from "Mighty Street Fighter" ver.

Now The real project of the original Author "Cobra Caddie",
name has change to "Mighty Street Fighter".
That why this game is call "REVISE Version".
This version is Repack by "Xzest"
under approve from "Cobra Caddie".
