Christmas Kettle Corn, All Phases

As you can see, we have a kettle corn cooker... We have had it for about a year os so and to be honest. - I am in love with it more than my family is. I use it for client gifts, parties, gifts for friends and so on. I got it for a deal and use it a several times a year, but not to make money.

So... here we go. For this batch we combined two flavors to make a holiday blend of kettle corn. I used cherry and sour apple Flossine. My recipe is below for each batch. I like the Flossine, mostly because as it is a real concentrate, and there are tons of flavors. It does not take a lot to make a little. I am still playing with the recipe. Sometimes it feels a little heavy with color.

4 - Cups Mushroom Popcorn
2 - Cups Corn Oil
2.5 - Cups Sugar
2 - Tablespoons Flossine (Heaping)
Add heat, stir and cook until its done popping.
