How We Test:
✅ Standardized Rifles & Ammo – Every suppressor is tested on American Defense UIC MOD-2 5.56 rifles with 12.5-inch barrels, using 55-grain Federal American Eagle ammo.
✅ Precision Decibel Readings – Using a Larson Davis SoundExpert 821 meter, we measure peak sound levels at the muzzle and shooter’s ear in controlled conditions.
✅ Gas Blowback & Backpressure – We evaluate how suppressors affect gas cycling, blowback, and rate of fire to see which designs minimize shooter fatigue.
✅ Durability & Stress Testing – Some manufacturers claim to be “full-auto rated.” We push suppressors to their limits, including SOCOM Table II testing (240-round endurance trials).
