LSKD TV Presents - unapologetically me.
Whether it's on the surface, or buried deep, everyone has been on their own unique journey with their body image.
Sometimes it comes from external pressure to look a certain way - be it social media, magazines, peers or family. But sometimes it can just come from within - you look in the mirror one day, and for one reason or another, you realise you don't like what you see.
This latest documentary titled 'unapologetically me', featuring athletes Bronte Elsmore, Lilz Suesue, Skyler Peebles, Mikaela Di Blasio, Lexi Ellis and Alex Hall, aims to tackle body image head on.
With an open floor for discussion, these incredible women get vulnerable - sharing their own experience with body image throughout different stages of their life, and how they have overcome each of their unique challenges.
This documentary was designed to empower women to be unapologetically themselves; confident in who they are and strong - whatever that looks like for them.
As was the aim with our previous documentary around men's mental health - Don't Wait - if this campaign inspires even just one person to speak up… then it’s mission success for us
