SHOCKING new migrant channel crossing numbers SHATTER records

The UK is witnessing a monumental influx of migrants crossing the English Channel, setting a staggering new record for the year's first four months.

On Saturday alone, 656 individuals crosses in 11 small boats, propelling the total number of arrivals in 2025 to 8,064, according to provisional Home Office figures.

This has already eclipsed last year's record-breaking tally of 7,567 by April's midpoint!

A Home Office spokesperson declared that the government is armed with a "serious credible plan to finally restore order to our asylum system" and vowed to "stop at nothing" to obliterate people-smuggling gangs.

There were 5,946 arrivals during the same period in 2023 and 6,691 in 2022. But Saturday's extraordinary influx of 656 migrants marks the highest single-day crossing this year.
