I usually dont follow fixed combos but you can use ideas below.

Combo for big darkseekers:
approach them from the front, adjust combo to their turning time
W+F → RMB → S+F → S+RMB → RMB → S+LMB → Space → RMB → F → Space → Shift+RMB → RMB → W+F → Space → Shift+X → X → Space → RMB → S+F → Space → RMB → W+F → Space
Usually they will be dead around Shift+X part
RMB → Space for filler dmg

Combo for small darkseekers:
Realm of anguish (hotbar) → RMB → Shift dash out of the pack → S+RMB → RMB → Shift+F → F (one time if they gather quickly, two times if they slack) → RMB → W+F → S+LMB → F → Shift+RMB → W+Q
Shift+LMB or RMB Space to clean up

Movement:
Shift+W → Shift+E → W+F onto target's back (start of the combo)
sometimes it can be a bit different, most important thing is to use W+F behind mobs
