This was my first finished San Mai knife, and it was a lot of fun to make. Unfortunately, there was a little bit of decarb on the spine of the blade as well as the handle splitting, so this will probably become a daily carry. I tried a copper spacer for the first time as well, and I really liked how that turned out. Overall, I made several mistakes but I also learned a lot and I am very pleased with the final product.
