Its a beautiful story of a farmer who is in need of water for farming and he keeps digging at different places for water but does not find water anywhere then his wife suggests him not to keep digging at different places but to dig deep at one place itself. He then digs at one place and finds water. Its the same formula for finding success. Many of us keep looking for success at different place by changing our job, profession and industry but ultimately success remains at the place where we are.
