蕃茄蛋花湯(素湯)
材料:
蕃茄(細)6個
雞蛋1或2隻
薑1舊(細)
蒜頭2粒
處理:
1. 蕃茄,清水浸1分鐘。
2. 薑,刮皮,洗淨。
3. 蒜頭,去皮,洗淨。
4. 薑,拍鬆。
5. 蒜頭,拍鬆。
6. 蕃茄,清水洗淨,去椗,1開4。
烹調:
1. 在煲內,加入少許油,大火爆香蒜頭及薑。
2. 放蕃茄,炒至聞到香味。
3. 加入清水,1個人1碗水,加水入煲,大火煲滾,轉中慢火,滾20分鐘。
4. 加入少許鹽及少許糖。
5. 熄火,加入已打勻的雞蛋,攪勻。
6. 完成,可享用。

Ingredients:
Tomatoes (small) 6 Nos.
Eggs 1 or 2 Nos.
Ginger (small) 1 No.
Garlics 2 Nos.
Preparation:
1. Tomatoes, soak in tap water for a minute.
2. Ginger, get it peeled and rinsed.
3. Garlics, get it peeled and rinsed.

6. Tomatoes, get it rinsed. Remove anchors, divide each tomato into 4 shares.
Steps:
1. Heat up little oil, fry garlics and ginger at high flame in pot.
2. Put tomatoes, fry until you can feel its scent.
3. Put tap water, 1 person 1 bowl of water into pot. Heat up at high flame. Turn to medium~low flame, boil for 20 minutes.
4. Add little salt and sugar.
5. Turn off fire. Add egg syrup, mix well.
6. Complete. Serve.
