This is a video tutorial on How to Play Ice Barriers using just 3 copies of the Freezing Chains Structure Deck. The Deck is pretty easy to play and there are a lot of options to clear your opponent's field going second. It may not be a going first deck but I have included some tips on what to do if you need to go first.
