New video shows Anna Kepner and other cruise passengers doing the 'Cupid Shuffle' during the Sail Away Party, a gathering as the ship leaves port and the passengers get together on the deck. Five days after the video was shot, 18-year-old Kepner was found asphyxiated under her bed on the Carnival Horizon. Seven weeks have passed since Kepner's death and legal commentator Nancy Grace is curious why no one has been arrested. She spoke to Inside Edition's Steven Fabian.
