I did the Returns and a few others over the years but I like the ground they are breaking on this new series so I am starting out to make the whole suit. The cowl is first. I am kind of a world renowned fan who specializes in tis sort of stuff and people have asked me to share. This time I thought I would share with all you would be sculptors and costume makers what goes into tackling a project like this.
