When working with clients and stakeholders, staying curious and asking the right questions is key to designing great learning experiences. And coaching techniques can help you with that. How to keep the right mindset when collaborating and getting lengthy feedback? What questions to ask to understand the issue and encourage people to talk? How to really listen and stay focused? What can you do to keep people accountable and maintain a positive relationship? And when/how to embed a coaching approach in the solutions? In this session we'll answer those questions. We’ll go through real-life scenarios and situations on how to use those coaching techniques.
