The Pathfinder System enables “print and cut” parts to be placed in an approximate position on the router table while still ensuring precise cuts. The part is printed with reference points, typically solid black dots, which are detected by a camera using vision processing software. Using these dots, the system adjusts for varying rotations and offsets from part to part, all without requiring operator intervention.
