How HDFC Bank Enabling Fraudsters to Exploit Victim's PAN, CIBIL score, and Financial Credibility

In this video (non-monetized), I expose how major banks like HDFC are enabling fraudsters to exploit their flawed credit card and loan application systems and literally helping them carry out financial frauds!
These banks, especially HDFC, rely solely on mobile OTP verification, allowing anyone with a PAN or victim's PAN and a random mobile number to apply for loans or cards without proper KYC or identity verification. The bank does not bother to verify if the PAN entered belongs to the person who is applying for the card on that PAN.

Nah, but if you reach out to them for rectification, they will say "You applied for it." Please note, no authentication/KYC or identity verification, just OTP verification that too from any number. Such is the condition of this India's one of the major bank. And then they say we won't rectify it. They also deceive RBI by mixing issues and creating logs. They are literally harassing me and continuously putting mental stress with no repercussions or accountability.

What's surprising is RBI Ombudsman did not find any deficiency in this process. But do you? Please comment! And let's ensure RBI wakes up to this.
