Boudha Stupa is situated 8 kilometers northeastern side of Central Kathmandu and universally known as Boudha or Boudhanath, is also called Jharung Khashor. The first stupa at Boudhanath was built sometime around 540 BS, and it is believed that the Stupa was built by King Manadev.
