He's spent 23 years working as a homicide detective in the Houston Police Department investigating more than 400 homicide cases, including one that took the life of his good friend and fellow police officer. Detective Waters is also a Marine.
He’s joined by Dr. Thomas S. Hyslip is a Professor in the Criminology Department at the University of South Florida. Dr. Hyslip also served as a federal law enforcement officer for over 23 years specializing in cybercrime investigations and digital forensics.
