Plant based by Sweden Episode 8 - Catxalot

In this episode Thess and Agnes are in Grebbestad in Bohuslän, part of the Kosterhavet National Park, Sweden's first marine national park. They visit Catxalot [catch-a-lot] is the small seaweed company in Grebbestad, Sweden, that introduced Swedish seaweed as novel food in Sweden and made it known to the public. Here you can also take part in coastal foraging walks and seaweed classes. Linnea Sjögren harvests the delicacies of the sea - that is, different species of algae and seaweed. Through her company Catxalot, Linnéa delivers algae and seaweed to top restaurants, offers seaweed safaris and algae courses with cooking on barren cliffs.
