If you have a 1997–2003 Hot Spring or Tiger River spa with the No-Fault 4000 or 6000 heater like the one in this video, you will need Control & Hi-Limit Sensor Kit, Item#: 34-01395-K
All other No-Fault 4kW and 6kW heaters use the 79005 and 79006 sensors. Or, if the sensors plug into the outside of the control box, use the 78969 and 78970 sensors.

01:00 Disconnect power and remove the door
01:10 Remove the control box to gain access
01:30 Unplug the old T-stat sensor and plug in the new one
01:45 Pinch off both heater hoses
02:03 Place a towel on the floor to catch the water
02:10 cover the O-ring with grease
02:23 Loosen the old T-stat
02:35 Remove the old sensor and plug the hole
02:48 Thread in the new sensor by turning in clockwise
02:58 Remove and install the Hi-Limit thermistor
03:32 Remove the hose pinching pliers and reconnect power
