30 min beginners yoga is the first video of the three part series beginners yoga course. This class is an offering to build strength and flexibility. This class has been made simple with no props. As always, be kind to yourself during practice. If you need to rest then take a rest. Tune into your body and take what you need from the class or the three part series.
This level of practice is for all levels but modify where you need to. We will work on the three basic principles of yoga. Breath, asana, relaxation.
within the series I encourage you to try and practise part ones class for 7 days until the release of the next video.
