The IL-12/23 inhibitor ustekinumab is now an established effective treatment for psoriasis. Dr Bruce Strober discusses the effectiveness of ustekinumab for psoriasis in the context of traditional anti-TNF treatment, using real-world data from the large PSOLAR patient registry.
