We look around, inside and on top of the huge free standing former BT TEC Building in Eastbourne, that is often confused with being an Exchange.
I was joined by Aron @StraightOuttaUrbex"it was a fun explore " 👌
It was easy to get into and there was plenty of rooms to explore. 'Although mainly just a shell it was photographic and the was some nice natural decay'.
