In celebration of the anniversary of Emmy Nominee Blue Eye Samurai's air date, and at a crucial point in history where power, gender, race all seem to be crossing swords, we are going to take a look at what happens when theses swords cross inside a person's very being. Labels, boxes and binaries are sources of constant contradiction within people, but they are still things that are applied. They are stories. So today, we are going to look at the story of the binary, how it applies to the characters of Blue Eye Samurai and what it means for you, the audience... "mixed metal", or not.
