Why is Vojvodina Autonomous?

Vojvodina is a region in Serbia, which basically encompasses Northern Serbia. Through the years, there’s been many attempts of independence and revolt in the general area of Vojvodina. This is partly the reason to its autonomy. The other reasons are covered in this video.
