welcome to my first video!!! :) i’m so excited to be here.
i said there was no recipe but i did wing it a bit.
i know this isn’t an official Frangipane Pastry but i definitely got inspiration from it.
i used a basic pie crust recipe
100 g Flour
1/2 stick of butter
1 tablespoon of cold water
i halved this recipe for Frangipane

and used some fresh cranberries from trader joe’s to make my jelly topping.
