The Execution Of The HORRIFIC Hangman Of Buchenwald Concentration Camp

At the end of the Second World War, there were a number of former guards of concentration camps who were executed by the US Army for their evil treatment of prisoners. Hans Theodor Schmidt was the executioner at Buchenwald Concentration Camp, and he was the assistant to the Commandant meaning he was very powerful. He would execute many people inside of execution chambers in which they were shot, and also he oversaw the gallows where prisoners were executed in front of the other inmates.

But at the end of the Second World War, Hans Theodor Schmidt was brought to his execution inside of Landsberg Prison on the gallows. He was led up to the execution structure and was executed 6 years after World War 2 had ended, meaning he was one of the final war criminals executed inside of Landsberg Prison.
