SOAP MAKING FAIL! What NOT To Do When Making Soap | Soaping Too Hot | Seized Soap

I wasn't planning to share this video... but I think it's good to not only share your successes but also your epic failures!

This video shows the very first time I made soap. So many problems! I soaped too hot (added the oils to the lye water mixture at too high of a temperature) and blended with my immersion blender for WAY too long (about 5 minutes... eek) and what I ended up with was a soap with a mashed potato and grated carrot texture. Yep, you read that right haha.
