Here's how you can get your hacked or disabled Instagram account back in record time. Most people don't know that you can live chat with Facebook directly, and they can help you with recovering your Instagram account. I have all the links I used down below to regain access to my account in record time. Please use these links and submit those forms as much as you can. DO NOT stop until you get a response from someone asking you to either verify your account information, or to send them a secret code.

Forms you need to fill out (works best from a computer):

1.   / 1652567838289083   - For the question that asks if your account is used to represent a business, product or service – always choose “NO”. Remember, ALWAYS put that you’re in the US so that your case is prioritized.

2.   / 606967319425038   - VERY similar to form in #1, except it doesn’t ask which country you’re from. Fill this one out as many times as you can as well!

3.   / 396169787183059   - Submit your government issued photo ID here.

4.   / 1652567838289083   - SAME form as in #1, but on Facebook’s Help Centre. Submit it here too!

5.   / help   - Create a business page, run a small ad, and then you’ll be able to access Facebook’s live chat support and get help regarding your Instagram account.
