While walking thru old town João Pessoa we stumbled upon a shop that specializes in all things cachaca, Brazil's sugar cane alcohol. Straight cachaca not a caipirinha, the mixed drink with sugar, lime and shaved ice. This shop, down a crazy side street, had a charismatic owner and hundreds of flavored cachaca. We certainly had to taste a few.
