IMPORTANT NOTE:
I forgot to mention something pretty important! Once you have done everything, you can enable the visibility of the normal non-segmented 3d model again and disable the visibility for all the segmented components. My bad forgetting to mention this!

This tutorial should hopefully allow you to create a ragdoll of an actual 3D model person/biped and not just a mannequin or marionette, 100% in Cinema 4D - in less then 10 minutes. I recommend using https://mixamo.com for an accurate rig of your 3D model, otherwise, you can do it in C4D, but the rigging process of your model is vital to the success of the ragdoll, so you'll want it to be accurate and correct.
