Anarhos Theos - Byzantine Christmas Carol feat. Dimitris Kap

This is a Greek Christmas kalanda (carol) that originates in the religious repertoire of Greek music, commonly called Byzantine music. It has for a long time entered the mainstream of folk Greek music and is now usually played as a folk piece with instruments. Modern renditions are adapted to the Western equal tempered tuning framework, but with this version, I wanted to stick to Byzantine Chant's older microtonal tuning in Tone 1, with a microtonal second interval slightly flatter than the Western minor. The instruments used are the toumberleki, kanonaki, lavta and violin.
