We find ourselves in the state of Maryland to visit the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad to ride and watch former C&O locomotive now WM #1309 climb the grade to Frostburg Maryland for The Frostburg Flyer. Our cameras captured on and off the train as the Baldwin engine works hard pulling the first public excursion. All these scenes were filmed during a three day period.
