In terms of staff, it's always the hard point of the business to get any good people, but we do a generally good job. Yes, everybody that works for us are quite passionate in what they do, whether it be finance, whether it's operations, whether it's accurately picking an order, delivering goods to site, yes everyone is really passionate in what they want to do, they want to be the best, whatever their position in the company is.

So, we look for that sort of person, you know, and it's hard, but we've got quite a good staff retention - some have been here 15 years, you know. So that's really important - and the team role, the team players mindset is put into their heads from day one.

So when we're recruiting, we're looking for somebody that just wants stability, that wants to progress through the business - it's nice if they've got a skillset to bring to bring to us, that's come from maybe a corporate where they've just been a number, but now want to come into a work-family environment I guess - we try and promote that. We really promote people to give us your ideas, give us your thoughts because all the best ideas have come from the team, you know, we don't, it not one man at the top saying "it's my way or the highway" - we hate that saying. So, we really try and engage the staff - we all have to work here, we all have to earn a living, so come and join the family.
