This is a classic "coon" sketch from 1913, performed by Billy Golden and Joe Hughes. Routines such as this would be performed in "Black-face," as white performers would do songs and sketches playing on Black stereotypes of the time.
Ironically, for all the criticism directed at this sort of art form, far more demeaning and "racist" terms and language can be found in Black Rap and the Hip Hop culture of today!
