I think many people, like me, enjoy desserts. Pairing a sweet treat with a cup of coffee makes my life feel so much happier. However, we also must be conscious of our health, especially since consuming too much sugar and flour can lead to insulin resistance, increasing the risk of diabetes and causing weight gain. That’s why I like to make healthy desserts at home, using natural sugar substitutes and low-glycemic flours to replace regular sugar and flour.
