In collaboration with @grin2bfoundation899, we are excited to roll out the second webinar in our Clinical Trials series to help the community get ready for the Phase 3 trial launch for Radiprodil this spring.
GRIN Therapeutics joined us to update our community on an overview of the clinical trial process and what to expect, detailed information on the study design, including eligibility criteria, and how to participate and who to contact for questions and enrollment.
The Phase 3 trial will be open to young patients with GRIN1, GRIN2A, GRIN2B and GRIN2D Disorders with a confirmed Gain-of-Function variant. This is a crucial opportunity to learn about how clinical trials work, what participation involves, and how this study could impact the future of GRI disorders.
