Three types of lights I use to grow plants. (One might surprise you!)

⚠ IMPORTANT NOTES - PLEASE READ!

The information I share in my videos is what works for me, for the type of plants I grow. Not everyone is in the same situation with the same type of plants, so what works for me may not work for everyone. I always teach things as they relate to what I do. I never claim to know everything or that my advice applies to everyone. That said, here are some important points regarding what I share in this video:

I use cabinet lights for many of my plants. Most are cheap LED's that generally don't put out a lot of light intensity. Additionally, I haven't tested them, but they most likely don't have high levels of PAR (photosynthetically active radiation). Many of the plants I grow don't require high levels of light and will grow just fine with these lower quality cabinet lights.

If you grow plants that need extremely bright light and high PAR levels, or you want the maximum possible growth pace and vigor, then I'd advise against the cabinet lights and suggest you go with the Jungle Dawn, SunBlaster, or other high-quality grow bulbs which have higher PAR levels and brightness.

Always consider my advice (and that of other people) as a point of comparison and a starting point for doing your own research as it pertains to your situation and goals.
