Konnie Huq and team are taking over colleges to find the next generation of Further Education teachers. Undercover Education focuses on industry professionals that all have what it takes to teach but have never considered it. They’ll believe they’re here to help someone else that’s in need of a career change, but instead this whole experiment is all about them. How will they react when all is revealed?

In this episode, Dean, Lecturer in Construction Skills and Bricklaying is trying to convince professional Bricklayer, Don that it’s his first day on the job. Whilst Konnie - and some eager students - push the boundaries by controlling Dean’s every move - Don’s patience and teaching skills are put to the ultimate test. Will Don discover he has the skills for a career in further education or will the pressure get to him?
