Installing Halogen Conversion Headlights - 1939 Ford Tudor

In the last episode on the 1939 Forgotten Hot Rod, Mike, Matt and Chris got the wiring for the headlights run and the front sheet metal installed. Matt had thought he had a full set of 39 buckets and lenses set aside, but after searching high a low we couldn't find them. Rod Ida was kind enough to send over a spare bucket he had in has stash so we could keep moving with the wiring. Today Mike is going to work on finishing up the headlights, front turn signals/parking lights and the tail lights. One big issue we are fighting with this car is grounding. With the car being rusty the light buckets are not grounding to the frame. After some sanding blasting and cleaning we are able to get a good ground for all of the lighting circuits. The wiring for this car was way more difficult then the 34 due to the pre-made harness. With Matt and Mike's experience building one from scratch would be easier. We hope to wrap up the under dash wiring once Matt returns from the PNW!!
