What Is a Morning Routine?🕔⏱
Morning routine comprise not only waking up early in the morning, but involves certain physical and mental tasks that need to be performed regularly.
Benefits of a Morning Routine🚀
There should be no debate on whether the morning routine is more productive than the night routine. Some people are more productive at night than in the morning while pursuing their objectives in life. These people can be students who are preparing for an important exam or any professional working for foreign companies. I may be wrong, not here to unjustify nocturnal, but my experience with morning routine gives me the confidence to say that waking up early in the morning changed my attitude towards my surroundings. It requires mental as well as physical toughness to follow the morning routine. There are scientific reasons also, which I am summing up here
