Casulas are a typical delicacy from Trás-os-Montes, usually served with Botelo, a smoked tripe filled with pork bones and cartilage.
Luís Portugal tells us what it is and how it's made.
This video is part of Grão a Grão.

The “Enlatados” (“Canned”) are short videos (1 to 4 min.) shot with a cellphone and without editing.
They are instant audiovisual contents designed for fast recording and sharing.
We look for grocers, cooks, food critics and connaisseurs of food and wine, in order to create ways of identifying and sharing traditional produce and recipes.
This way we can share not only the food but the places and the people involved in it.
