I watched all the S04 of “La Casa de Papel” the day it came out and I was going to make a tribute vid to Nairobi (my queen) but I realize I'm still SO DAMN sensitive about her situation ... so i ended up vidding Palermo.
I don’t know why I always end up liking the most shitty, twisted and evil characters!
Palermo as Berlin are both a couple of misogynistic and macho mentally twisted men. I repudiate that. But I'm kind of happy with what the owners did in this season with Palermo story and in my opinion Rodrigo de la Serna did such an excellent job (as always) getting us to empathize a bit with his character.
I’m also happy that somehow Palermo ended up listening to all what Nairobi told him in S03 and realizing he was being a piece of garbage with Helsi, and admitted that he was scared as hell of living all over again what he did with Berlin (rejection and death). I guess she would be proud to see that :(
And well not to mention all the parallels between Berlin and Palermo (they must be soulmates then) and between Helsi and Palermo!
