It's been a long time coming, and it's finally out! ‪@Shir0_Tamaya‬ and I did a metal remix cover of the Touhou classic, "Bad Apple!!" For this metal arrangement, I incorporated elements from ZUN's original version in Lotus Land Story for the PC-9801 that weren't present in Alstroemeria Records' iconic doujin release. It was painful to balance everything in the mix, but it was well worth the effort.

Joining me on this track is the amazing Shiroyuki Tamaya Lupin, coyote phantom thief extraordinaire! Her unique voice made this one truly special, and it was an honor to work with her to make this happen. I honestly can't think of anyone else I'd rather have done this cover with. Shir0 also played a massive role in capturing an ideal look & feel for the MV!

A huge thanks to Nad for the beautiful artwork. How does one make artwork for a couple VTubers' cover of a song whose original music video was entirely animated silhouettes? They nailed it in the best way possible. Combined with Raina Illune's gorgeous video work, it feels like everything fell into place pretty much perfectly. Back when I started putting together the instrumental, before we started looking for an artist or video maker, I had absolutely no idea things would turn out like this. 😭💖
